At least during the genesis of this website I'm using the photo below that I took at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, D.C., as a background for part of the homepage.  That may change.  What will not change is my fascination for this crystal, and how peering into it with a macro lens makes it look like a futuristic city, complete with traffic on the street and lit windows in the skyscrapers.
